"And it was night" (John 13:30).
So ends the scene in the Word of God presenting Jesus' last supper with his disciples. We return this Lord's Day to John 13:1-30 as Jesus displays his deep love in the face of betrayal by Judas. It would be an incredibly dark and depressing story were it not for the love of Jesus, quietly but powerfully demonstrating that he is the Anointed One who takes away the sin of the world. Join us to praise him.
